1. Soak¡Åsheets¡Åof¡Ågelatin¡Åin a bowl of cold/iced water for 5 to 10 minutes to soften (Use¡Åabout 1 cup/250ml of cold water per¡Åsheet.)
2. Once soft, lift¡Åsheets¡Åfrom the cold water.
3. Wring gently to remove excess water.
4. Add¡Åsheets¡Åto room temperature liquid called for in the recipe / or put in a bowl over a boiled warm water to melt the soften gelatin sheet
