A specialty of the Fujian Province of China. The Leaves are rolled and dried, then placed into bamboo baskets and smoked over pine tree leaf fires. This imparts the distinctive smoky aroma and flavor for which Lapsang Souchong is Know. It makes the perfect partner for a traditional English breakfast of meat and fish dish.
